Creator Program

By applying to and participating in the WearADHD Creator Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility Applicants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. Applicants should actively use social media platforms and have a public profile. Participation is subject to approval by WearADHD. 2. Program Responsibilities Creators are expected to actively promote WearADHD products through their social media channels and other agreed-upon platforms. Content created should align with the bold, edgy, and creative voice of WearADHD. Creators must use their assigned referral links and coupon codes for promotions. Misrepresentation of the brand or false advertising is strictly prohibited. 3. Commissions and Perks Creators will earn: 5% commission for every sale made through their referral link. 5% commission for every sale made using their coupon code. Creators can track their earnings in real time through a dedicated dashboard. Commissions will be paid out on a Net 30 basis, meaning payments will be processed within 30 days after the end of each month. Minimum payout threshold: ₹500. If this amount is not met, earnings will roll over to the next payout cycle. Upon joining, creators will receive a welcome care package to kickstart their journey with WearADHD. Creators will also receive free products or deep discount codes monthly, based on their follower count and performance in the program. 4. Content Guidelines Creators must ensure all posts are authentic and align with WearADHD’s brand values. Content should not include hateful, explicit, or discriminatory language. WearADHD reserves the right to request edits or removal of content that does not meet brand standards. By participating, creators grant WearADHD the right to use all content created under this program for advertising, promotional, and PR purposes across all platforms. Creator Deliverables As part of the WearADHD Creator Program, participants are expected to deliver the following: Social Media Posts Minimum of 2-3 posts or reels per month featuring WearADHD products. Tag @WearADHD and use designated program hashtags in all posts. Stories Share at least 3-5 Instagram stories monthly, showcasing WearADHD products, styling tips, or unboxing experiences. Include referral links or coupon codes for followers to use. Engagement Actively respond to comments and messages about WearADHD on your posts and stories. Engage with WearADHD’s official social media accounts by liking, sharing, and commenting. Feedback Provide feedback on WearADHD products, campaigns, and ideas for improvement. Share insights from your audience (e.g., preferred styles or feedback on specific products). Creative Input Collaborate on occasional content campaigns (e.g., themed shoots or specific product launches). Suggest innovative content ideas that resonate with your audience and align with WearADHD’s brand. Content Usage Rights Submit high-quality images, videos, or blog posts to WearADHD for use in marketing, promotions, and advertisements. 5. Intellectual Property WearADHD retains all rights to the brand’s logos, trademarks, and designs. Creators are allowed to use provided assets (e.g., images, videos, graphics) solely for program-related activities. Unauthorized reproduction or modification of WearADHD’s intellectual property is prohibited. 6. Termination WearADHD reserves the right to terminate a Creator’s participation in the program at any time for: Inactivity (e.g., no content posted for 60+ days). Breach of these terms and conditions. Conduct that harms WearADHD’s brand reputation. Creators can voluntarily exit the program by providing written notice. 7. Confidentiality Creators must not disclose any confidential information provided by WearADHD, including sales data, upcoming product launches, or other sensitive material. 8. Modifications WearADHD reserves the right to modify the program terms, commission structure, or guidelines at any time. Creators will be notified of any changes via email or other official communication channels. 9. Liability WearADHD is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from a Creator’s participation in the program. Creators are responsible for ensuring compliance with tax obligations related to their earnings. 10. Agreement By joining the WearADHD Creator Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
