  • What payment method do we accept?
    We accept payments by the most Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Wallets and Netbanking through Razorpay.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding public holidays Please allow up to 3-4 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods. Orders may take 7-15 business days to get delivered depending on your city.
  • Why are there coating marks on my t-shirt?
    Our t-shirts are printed using a sustainable process called Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, where each tee is made on demand after you place your order. This ensures we avoid overproduction and fabric waste, keeping our environmental impact low. Before printing, a pre-treatment liquid is applied to the fabric to create a smooth base for vibrant, long-lasting designs. This liquid is heat-pressed, which can sometimes leave temporary marks around the design, such as faint stains or a rectangular outline. These marks are a natural part of the process and not a defect. To remove them, simply wash the t-shirt in cold water and let it flat dry. The marks will disappear, leaving your tee soft and ready to wear. While these marks are a small trade-off for using eco-friendly and sustainable printing methods, they reflect our commitment to making high-quality products that are kinder to the planet. The limitations of the DTG printing technology are not under our control, hence it cannot be claimed for refund or replacements.
  • What if I Entered the Wrong Contact Number and Can’t Accept Delivery?
    Unfortunately, our courier partners do not allow changes to the contact number once the package has been shipped. In cases like this, the order typically gets returned to our warehouse. Once we receive the package, we’ll reship it to you. Please note that this will incur a reshipment fee of ₹60. Orders cannot be canceled in this situation, so we recommend double-checking your details before placing your order.
  • How do I track my order?
    An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment centre, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
  • What size should I order?
    When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website. If you still have doubts make sure to contact us via WhatsApp and we will be more than happy to help.
  • Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    No, we do not accept Cash on Delivery orders at the moment.
  • What is your returns policy?
    At this time, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
