Currently, all sales are final, with no option for refunds or general exchanges. We understand the importance of a perfect fit, so we encourage customers to reach out to us for sizing assistance before making a purchase, ensuring a confident and informed decision.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. We strive to accommodate cancellation requests efficiently; orders not yet processed will be canceled and fully refunded. However, if an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellation requests, emphasizing the importance of timely communication from our customers.
